• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• Account holder found to be under 21 years of age
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime
• Receipt of a court order, regulator instruction, or law enforcement request
• Voluntary self-exclusion or closure request submitted by the Player

14.2 Upon termination for breach, gy777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balances not subject to active investigation will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
